1. NO REFUND POLICY

By making a purchase on Bella's Secret World, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital content is delivered instantly upon payment completion
• Once you gain access to digital content, it cannot be "returned"
• You have reviewed the preview/description before purchasing
• You understand the content includes AI-generated/enhanced imagery
• All sales are final with no exceptions

This policy is in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding digital goods, which typically do not allow for refunds once content has been accessed.

2. WHY NO REFUNDS?

Nature of Digital Content:

Unlike physical products that can be returned, digital content cannot be "given back" once downloaded or accessed. Once you've viewed or downloaded the content, you possess it permanently.

Instant Access:

All digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment. You gain instant access to view or download the content, making it impossible to reverse the transaction.

Industry Standard:

No-refund policies for digital content are standard across the industry for platforms selling:

• Software and digital downloads
• Memberships and subscriptions

3. PREVIEW BEFORE PURCHASE

To help you make an informed decision, we provide:

• Content Count: Number of images or duration of videos

Please review all information carefully before making a purchase. Once payment is processed and access is granted, the transaction is final.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience technical problems accessing your purchased content, we're here to help!

Contact Us If:

• Download link is not working
• Content is corrupted or won't open
• You were charged but didn't receive access
• You experience technical errors preventing access

We will assist you with:

• Re-sending download links
• Verifying your purchase and granting access

Note: Technical support does NOT constitute a refund. We will help you access what you've purchased, but will not process a refund.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized Transactions:

If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us FIRST before filing a dispute with PayPal or your credit card company.

We will investigate and resolve legitimate issues quickly.

Buyer's Remorse:

6. EXCEPTIONS

The ONLY circumstances where we may consider a refund:

Duplicate Charges:

If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same item, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).

Billing Errors:

If a clear billing error occurred (wrong amount charged, unauthorized charge, etc.), we will investigate and correct the issue.

No Access Provided:

If payment was processed but you never received access to the content AND we cannot resolve the technical issue, we may issue a refund.

To request review of an exception case, contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

• PayPal transaction ID
• Purchase date and time
• Detailed description of the issue
• Screenshots if applicable

7. CANCELLATIONS

Pre-Payment:

You may cancel a purchase BEFORE payment is completed with no penalty.

Post-Payment:

Once payment is processed, cancellation is NOT possible as digital content is delivered instantly.

Gallery Unlock:

If you purchase the Gallery Unlock ($15 for 268 images), you immediately gain access to ALL images. This cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Individual Items:

Individual image sets and videos are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be cancelled.

8. PRICING ERRORS

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing error occurs:

• We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
• You will be notified of the cancellation
• A full refund will be issued
• You may repurchase at the correct price

Examples of obvious errors: $1.00 instead of $100.00, $0.00 for premium content, etc.

9. PAYPAL BUYER PROTECTION

All transactions are processed through PayPal, which offers buyer protection for eligible purchases.

PayPal Buyer Protection covers:

• Items not received
• Significantly not as described
• Unauthorized transactions

Note: Digital goods have specific rules under PayPal's policies. "Buyer's remorse" or "changed my mind" are NOT covered by buyer protection.
